An apartment for 2-4 people featuring an open space, a separate bathroom, a storage room, and access to a terrace. It can be connected with the Olive Tree apartment and/or the Thyme apartment, providing the option to use two apartments or the entire house.

Rosemaria Apartment facilities

The living room has a full aluminum entrance door with a lock, terrace doors, and two west-facing windows. The larger window is equipped with an electric blind, while the smaller window does not have one.
The apartment is equipped with a spacious kitchen with a hood, a bed (160 x 200 cm), a table (80 x 120/160 cm) with six chairs, a sofa bed (145 x 200 cm), and an outdoor table (80 x 120 cm).
The apartment also includes a separate storage room and a large bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, bathtub, WC, bidet sprayer, countertop sink, cabinet with drawers, and an illuminated mirror.
The outdoor table is located on the west-facing terrace.
Entrance is from the parking lot, up a short flight of stairs to the west terrace, and through a full door with a lock on the left. You can also access the large west terrace, which features a big olive tree, through the French door with an electric blind.
